Refund policy

StayPut GPS is a trading name of BLACKRIDGE VENTURES PTY LTD (ABN 61 689 743 066).

 

Change of mind: return a tracker within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid, if it is unused, not installed and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage. Contact us first for the return address. Installed trackers can't be returned for a change of mind.

 

Faulty products: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply regardless of the change-of-mind policy.

 

Warranty: 24 months from purchase (internal backup battery: 6 months), excluding damage from faulty installation, misuse or unauthorised modification. Make claims to us, not the manufacturer.
